Technology

By the time we reach our grandparents age, I think our generation will have seen many drastic changes in technology.  I should hope by that time we will have discovered a much more powerful and efficient source of energy, which like gasoline, coal, and other crucial fuel sources will change the future of our advancements.   One of the first things I think will go are handhelds.  With all the research going on combining our human biology and technology (the Xbox Kinect for example)  which puts our thoughts and movements into computer code, will merge into our every day lives no devices necessary.  I do not expect to see a world full of Jetsons and flying Cadillacs, although that may one day be the case, rather an entirely new concept of transportation… but I will leave my grandkids to that idea.
